This Privacy Policy explains how SUEN.AI PTE. LTD. (“SUEN.AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website or contact us about potential projects.

We are a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, with registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.

1 · Scope

This Policy applies to visitors to our website, and to individuals who contact us through our online contact form or by email.

It does not replace or override any terms in a separate engagement letter or services agreement you sign with us. Those documents govern the delivery of our consulting services.

2 · Personal data we collect

We may collect and process the following types of personal data.

Contact and professional details you provide to us: name, work email address, company name, role, and any project description or information you choose to include in your message.

Technical and usage information collected automatically: aggregate page views, referrers, country-level geography, and browser and device aggregates. This is gathered through Cloudflare Web Analytics (provided by Cloudflare) and standard server logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individual users or activity across other sites. Because no cookies are set and no personal identifiers are collected, no cookie banner is required.

We do not intentionally collect data from children or offer services directed at children.

3 · How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you submit our contact form or email us, and automatically when you browse our site via Cloudflare Web Analytics and server logs that help us understand aggregate usage and performance, without ad targeting, behavioural profiling, or cross-site tracking.

4 · How we use your personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes.

Responding to enquiries. To read and respond to your message, and to schedule calls and follow up on potential projects.

Scoping and preparing proposals. To understand your needs, challenges, and context, and to prepare and send you proposals or information about potential engagements.

Operating and improving our website. To monitor and improve site performance, usability, and security, and to understand aggregate site usage using Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no ad retargeting).

Legal and compliance purposes. To maintain records for business, tax, or compliance purposes, and to exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

We do not sell your personal data.

5 · Use of third-party service providers and AI tools

We use reputable third-party service providers and AI-enabled tools to help us operate efficiently and deliver high-quality work. This may include website hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare and similar providers), email, productivity, and cloud storage tools (such as Google Workspace), and AI-enabled tools and platforms such as large language models that help us review, organise, draft, or respond to enquiries and related correspondence.

When we use such tools, we use them to support human decision-making, not to replace it. We seek to work only with providers that commit to appropriate security standards and data protection practices. Where these tools process personal data on our behalf, they act as our data intermediaries or processors under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”).

6 · Legal basis and purposes under the PDPA

Under the PDPA, we collect, use, and disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and with your consent where required or deemed given.

By submitting your details via our contact form or emailing us, you generally consent, or are deemed to consent, to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy.

7 · Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose personal data to service providers who host, maintain, or support our website, email, storage, analytics, or AI-enabled tools; to professional advisers (such as legal or accounting) where reasonably necessary; and to public authorities, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law or regulation.

We require service providers who process personal data on our behalf to protect it in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.

8 · Cross-border data transfers

Many of our service providers and tools are located outside Singapore or may store personal data on servers outside Singapore.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection at least comparable to that under the PDPA — for example, by using contractual protections or relying on transfer mechanisms recognised by the Personal Data Protection Commission where appropriate.

9 · Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.

In practice, we may keep enquiry-related emails and contact form submissions while discussions are ongoing and for a reasonable period thereafter. We may retain records where necessary for business, tax, or legal obligations.

If you ask us to delete your personal data and we have no legal or business need to keep it, we will take reasonable steps to do so.

10 · How we protect personal data

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

Such measures may include using reputable cloud and infrastructure providers, restricting access to personal data to those who need it for legitimate business purposes, using authentication and access controls for accounts and systems, and reviewing our tools and configurations periodically.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 · Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may access your personal data in our possession or control, request correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and withdraw consent to our continued use or disclosure of your personal data for some or all purposes.
