How can AI help my business?

In general, AI helps to automate tasks, personalize interactions, analyze data, and lighten workflows. Not everything is easily automated, and it’s important for our clients to be integrated (not replaced) by working with AI.

We are new to AI. How does this work?

We don’t ask our clients to learn AI. That’s our job. It’s critical that we first understand your business and how you work today. We help with training and change management, considering your team and workflows.

Systems that are “invisible to my clients”?

Our goal is to ensure the strong brand and service experience you have built is never negatively impacted by AI and automation. So while your team will be able to deliver with far less energy and time, it doesn’t mean your customers will see your superpower “under the hood.” Contact us to learn how.

How is SUEN.AI different from a consultancy?

We don’t build then hand over something we expect you to run. We also don’t just make a plan and expect you to build it. We partner deeply with you to assess where the pain is, what can realistically be done, help execute, and manage the change together with you. If “off-the-shelf” software is on one end of the spectrum, we are on the other. We fit AI into your business, never the other way around.

What if we’re not a great candidate for AI?

We will tell you. Our goal is to ship you something that will improve the experiences of your customers and your team. That is why we are boutique and bespoke, not mass-market. If it can’t be done, we won’t proceed any further.

What kind of support do you offer?

Clients choose between two paths. Many will immediately begin to think of new areas they want help with, so we scope additional features or channels and we repeat the build cycle again based on growing needs. Others simply go with ongoing maintenance, model upgrades, and message-based support (like Slack or Telegram). This means their systems are continuously getting smarter over time.
